  • How much does it cost?
    The cost for teen week is $265. The cost for junior week is $190. If you have multiple campers from the same household, you can receive a $10 discount per camper. If you require financial assistance, please contact Ryan Beeson at ryanlbeeson@gmail.com or 419.957.1618.
  • What is there to do?
    We have bible studies, worship, olympic size pool, canoeing, fishing, high ropes course, archery, arts and crafts, evening activities, and plenty of card playing and other board games.
  • What does my camper fee include?
    The camper fee includes food (three meals a day and evening snacks), lodging, facility staff for recreational activities (canoeing, fishing, archery, high and low ropes courses, and mountain boarding) and housekeeping. It does not include money for the canteen.
  • What is the age range?
    The campers for teen week are 13 through 21 years old. Slightly younger campers may attend with prior approval of the Executive Director, Ryan Beeson. Junior week campers are 8 through 12 years old.
  • Do they need any spending money?
    Yes. A canteen is available daily at an extra cost. Also there will be entertainers who will have merchandise for sale.
  • What are the dates?
    Teen Week: June 23rd through the 29th, 2024. Sunday, Drop off: 2 pm - 4 pm. Saturday, Pick up: 11 am Junior Week: July 7th through the 11th, 2024. Sunday, Drop off: 2 pm - 4 pm. Thursday, Pick up: 6 pm
  • Where is the camp located?
    It will be held at Camp Glen. 6580 S. Township Rd. 131Tiffin, OH 44883
  • What denomination are you associated with?
    We are a non-denominational family. People from a variety of backgrounds attend and are welcome.
  • What should I bring?
    Sleeping bag, pillow, towels, swimwear, Bible, pencils, tooth brush, tooth paste, soap, shampoo, flashlight, bug spray, money for the canteen/snack bar, shoes, & clothing for the week. *Please bring clothing that is modest in nature* (nothing too tight, too short, too low cut, one-piece swimsuits only.) Also an outfit for THROWBACK THURSDAY where we wear the fashions of past decades.
  • What should I not bring?
    Alcohol, drugs, tobacco, and cell phones.
  • Is Beeson Ministries insured?
    Yes, Beeson Ministires is insured through Brotherhood Mutual.
  • How are staff selected?
    All our volunteer staff are chosen by the Director Ryan Beeson and are given background checks to ensure their elligebility to be on staff. Ryan is highly selective on who he invites to work at camp; looking for individuals who love Jesus, who have a passion for youth ministry, and who align with the Ministry's goals and values.
  • What is the camper to staff ratio?
    We have a 5 to 1 camper to staff ratio.
  • What are double doozies?
    It cannot be described by words, only experienced.
  • What are the Covid policies?
    Beeson Ministries will be following the State of Ohio's COVID guidelines. With the restrictions lifting in early June, we will not be requiring masks though we encourage campers to bring them. We will be screening for symptoms at check in, sanitizing shared items and areas regularly, ventilating enclosed spaces, and have quarantine procedures in place should anyone display symptoms.
